The app is in preparation and has not been released. This guide describes the current app and the planned launch offer.
How do I choose a clock?
Tap the displayed clock to reveal its controls, then tap its name to open Collection. Tap an available clock to use it. Each clock also has a separate preview button for a closer look. You can see all eight clocks here.
How do I keep the display on?
Tap the clock and turn on Keep display awake. This prevents automatic screen locking while the iPhone app is active in the foreground. Turn it off to use your usual Auto-Lock setting. It does not control brightness or keep the app running in the background, and keeping the screen on uses more battery.
Which clocks are included?
The planned free download includes September and The Blue Hour, fully and permanently. One Original Collection purchase unlocks Impossible Shadow, The Inspector, A Study in Grey, Lagoon, Afterlight and The Reading Room. The planned Dutch App Store launch price is €9.99 once; the local App Store price applies elsewhere. Purchases will be made inside the app through Apple.
Is there a subscription?
No. The Original Collection purchase does not expire or become a subscription. Improvements and fixes to its clocks are included. New, optional collections may be sold separately; you will not need to buy them to keep using the original clocks. The app has no advertising, tracking or separate app account.
How do I restore a purchase?
Connect to the internet and use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Collection, tap the information button to open About, then choose Restore purchases. This route is already part of the app; production purchases are not yet available.
Will I need to pay again on iPad?
No. The same collection purchase covers iPhone and iPad, with no iPad surcharge. If the iPad version arrives later, earlier buyers keep that purchase right. iPad availability and a release date have not been announced. Restoring on your own devices uses the same Apple Account.
What about Family Sharing?
Family Sharing is part of the planned launch offer. Its availability has not yet been confirmed for the App Store release. Sharing with family members is separate from restoring purchases on your own devices.
Can I use the app offline?
The clocks run on your device. Once a purchase has been confirmed on that device, its locally available purchase record can provide access offline. Buying and restoring need an internet connection. A new installation may need to confirm your purchase before the paid clocks are available.
Does it replace the Lock Screen or StandBy?
No. Impossibly Beautiful Clocks is a full-screen app that stays open on your iPhone, for a desk or bedside table. It does not replace the Lock Screen or StandBy.
How do I report a problem or share an idea?
Email developer@vertonedge.com. For a problem, include the clock name, what happened and what you expected. Your app version and device model can help. Nothing is attached or sent automatically. Please leave out Apple passwords, payment details and full purchase receipts. See Privacy for how support information is handled.
When can I download the app?
Impossibly Beautiful Clocks is not yet publicly available. There is no announced release date. A verified App Store link will be added here when the app is available.
