App, website & support
Privacy.
Your clocks stay on your device. Here is how the app, Apple purchases, this website and support email handle information.
Updated 28 September 2026. The app has not been publicly released.
Who is responsible?
VertonEdge B.V., based in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing described here. For support and privacy requests, email developer@vertonedge.com.
Using the app
Impossibly Beautiful Clocks has no separate app account, advertising, analytics or tracking. Clock scenes are rendered on your device. Your chosen clock and app settings are stored there and are not sent to the maker. The app does not synchronise these preferences through an online service of its own.
Purchases through Apple
Apple handles App Store payments and purchase history. The app reads Apple’s purchase records to determine access to the Original Collection. These records can include eligible shared purchases. The maker does not receive your payment-card details through the app.
Purchasing and restoring use Apple’s services and require an internet connection. Apple describes its processing in App Store & Privacy. Apple’s handling of your account and payments is separate from the app’s local clock settings.
Visiting this website
This website uses Webflow to deliver its pages, images and typeface. Webflow processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, access times and browser information, for traffic measurement and security. Its delivery infrastructure includes Cloudflare. Read Webflow’s Privacy Policy for details.
We have not added advertising, visitor-behaviour analytics, tracking cookies, newsletter forms or embedded third-party media. This does not mean that hosting providers process no information.
Webflow describes processing in the United States and through its service providers. Its Privacy FAQs explain international transfers. Its published retention policy uses service and legal needs rather than a fixed access-log period for this website.
Getting in touch
Email links open your own email application. Opening a link does not send a message.
If you write to developer@vertonedge.com, the maker receives your email address, message and any material you choose to include. That information is used to answer your request. The app does not automatically attach diagnostics or files.
Our support email is handled through Google’s Gmail service. The developer manages the mailbox. Google may process information on servers outside your country, as explained in its Privacy Policy. Your own email service also processes the message you send.
Please include only what is needed to explain your question, and leave out passwords, payment details and full purchase receipts.
How long we keep support messages
We delete support messages and attachments from our mailbox when they are no longer needed to answer your request or handle its follow-up, and no later than 12 months after the request is resolved. We keep only the necessary information for longer if an ongoing dispute or a specific legal obligation requires it.
Google explains that removal from its active and backup systems may take longer after deletion. Its retention policy is included in the privacy information linked above.
Why we use this information
We rely on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and providing a functioning, secure website. We limit the information used to what is needed for these purposes. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests using the contact below.
Where a specific law requires us to retain information, that legal obligation is the basis for keeping the relevant records.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also have rights to restrict processing, object or receive a portable copy, depending on the processing and applicable law. Send a request to developer@vertonedge.com; the developer handles these requests for VertonEdge B.V.
You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority, or to your local supervisory authority. Apple-account and payment requests can be directed to Apple using its privacy information linked above.
